Due to the global widspread of CoVid-19 (Corona Virus) the relase of A Quiet Place Part II has been delayed indefinitely.
Set to be released next week Paramount have decided to delay the release. Unfortunately, they've pulled it off the worldwide release schedule without setting another release date as of yet. Paramount Pictures issued the folĺowing statement concerning the delay-
“After much consideration, and in light of the ongoing and developing situation concerning coronavirus and restrictions on global travel and public gatherings, Paramount Pictures will be moving the worldwide release of A Quiet Place Part II. We believe in and support the theatrical experience, and we look forward to bringing this film to audiences this year once we have a better understanding of the impact of this pandemic on the global theatrical marketplace.”
Director John Krasinski also took to Twitter & Instagram to issue the below statement.
The global pandemic is currently affecting multiple events worldwide with the release of A Quiet Place Part II being the latest to join the list. Unfortunately this could potentially mean we see delays on other films set for release soon
