Universal and Blumhouse have come together to give us horror fans something to get excited about during this quarantine- Halloween At Home.
"To entertain and bring audiences together, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has organised weekly watch parties of some of their most iconic films. Every Saturday, starting May 16th, audiences can watch a Universal Pictures film along with special guests and hosts for fans around the world to share reactions and discuss their favourite scenes together on Twitter."
This Saturday, 16th May 2020, Michael Myers comes home as Blumhouse hosts a Twitter watch party of 2018's Halloween. This watch party comes with something extra special for fans though!
"No one does horror quite like Blumhouse and Michael Myers. Join the production company that specialises in horror as they watch the return of Halloween alongside the film’s director David Gordon Green and special guests including: John Carpenter, Jason Blum, Judy Greer, James Jude Courtney and Nick Castle. Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago. Halloween is presented by Universal Pictures, Miramax, Blumhouse Productions and Trancas International Films. #HalloweenAtHome"
The watch party will be hosted by the films director and co-writer David Gordon Green as well as Scream Queen herself Jamie Lee Curtis. Other special guests involved also include John Carpenter, Jason Blum, Judy Greer, Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney.
