Hennesy House Murders Coming Soon
The cameras may have stopped rolling, but the echoes of terror still linger in the halls of one of Virginia’s most haunting landmarks. The upcoming Hennesy House Murders has officially wrapped principal photography at Dunnington Mansion in Farmville, VA- a haunted mansion with a history dating back over 200 years.
Shooting in the Dunnington Mansion provided the team with the ultimate backdrop for this film and its narrative. With crumbling corridors, shadow-drenched staircases, and a history that practically breathes through the walls, the mansion became more than a location—it became a character. A near perfect location for a film like this!

The upcoming horror follows the crew of a popular ghost-hunting TV show as they investigate the infamous “Hennesy House,” only to find themselves face-to-face with horrors far beyond their expectations. The film is written and directed by Raymond Wallace, with Rayolight Productions producing and Sam Cortez on board as executive producer.
Horror genre favourite Jamie Bernadette (I Spit on Your Grave: Déjà Vu, 4/20 Massacre) leads the cast in a performance filled with grit and fear as the crew battles the supernatural. Other principal cast includes Nick Oprea, Jamie Bernadette, David J. Rivera, Tatiana Robledo and Logan Stem. For two intense weeks, filming took place almost entirely overnight, immersing cast and crew in the chilling atmosphere of the mansion.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better setting. Dunnington Mansion gave us everything we needed—a great location, with unique architectural features, and that sense of real, lived-in mystery. The footage we captured there is some of the best we’ve ever produced.” - writer-director Raymond Wallace.
Executive Producer Sam Cortez added, “A large portion of our cast and crew came from the Outer Banks, and it was incredible to bring that talent to such a unique location. There’s something special about combining the history of this place with a fresh, terrifying story.”
Rayolight Productions anticipates a local premiere by the end of 2025. Hopefully, it'll be available shortly after. Check out some behind the scenes shots from upcoming horror below.
