First Look at Never Hike Alone 2

Never Hike Alone, and it's prequel Never Hike in the Snow, are probably the best of the best when it comes to fan films. In fact the both of them are probably better than some of the Friday the 13th sequels we actually got, and of course due to the ongoing legal issues the franchise ended up on an indefinite hiatus so having such new high-quality Voorhees content was a win win.

Lucky for us, the team behind these two incredible fan films are back to give us more of our beloved hockey masked slasher...and this time he'll be facing off against Tommy Jarvis for the last time!

Never Hike Alone 2 is about halfway through their production, and have celebrated by unveiling the first look at Thom Mathews returning as Tommy Jarvis. Of course Mathews is not the only returning Friday the 13th alumni. The film also features Vinny Guasteferro (Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives) as Sheriff Rick Cologne and Douglas Tait (Freddy vs Jason) as Deputy Ethan Bultman.

Also reprising their riles from the previous Never Hike films are Vincente DiSanti as “Ghost” Jason Voorhees, Andrew Leighty as Kyle Mcleod, and Anna Campbell as Dr. Diana Hill.

Never Hike Alone 2, a direct sequel to Never Hike Alone & Never Hike in the Snow, picks up with Crystal Lake’s haunted son, TOMMY JARVIS (Thom Mathews), who has all but given up on his search for the long lost JASON VOORHEES (Vincente DiSanti).

However, when Tommy receives an emergency call to pick up injured hiker KYLE MCLEOD (Andrew Leighty), he will once again come face-to-face with the ghost of Crystal Lake, setting into motion a blood-soaked conclusion to their deadly rivalry.

Caught between the chaos is DR. DIANA HILL (Anna Campbell), still searching for answers to her son’s disappearance, and the ever stubborn SHERIFF RICK COLOGNE (Vinny Guastaferro), convinced Tommy is responsible for it all.

Check out the rest of the first look images below. The film is set to release Friday 13th October 2023.
